The NEXT ORDER of BUSINESS:


Government Insured Reemployment Projects, whereas the unemployed are hired for Federal and State initiated / controlled work projects, paid for by State Unemployment Insurance, and matching funds from the Federal Government,  the cost of which is offset by taxing the matching funds as unearned income.


Hire them, pay them, and let them pay you back... uncommon common sense.


Health Care Reform as well as Public Work Projects, both will reduce the bankruptcy rate and the jobless rate while stimulating the economy.

HEALTH CARE REFORM uncommon common sense ANONYMOUS ACTS OF HUMANITARIANISM

There are those that wish to subvert Health Care Reform because they didn't initiate it, they don't want to be on the bandwagon... unless they lead it.


There are those that wish to subvert Health Care Reform because their wealthy constituents and contributors don't need it, now... as much as the masses.


Here is an analogy:


There is a major disaster and you are unscathed. You have food, clothing, shelter, and money.  But your neighbors didn't fare so well.  What are you going to do?  Help distribute the aid, maybe share a little of what you have... or are you going to turn your back on them and tell them they should have been smarter, like you.


Yet those same Government Representatives, (and their constituents), that won't vote for Health Care Reform, I'm sure, advocated relief for Haiti... (although I'm not sure they themselves contributed out of their own pockets).


What's up with that kind of hypocrisy?


The Health Care Reform Act is major legislation, just like the Social Security Act and Medicare, and will need modifications, just like they did, after the bills were passed.


Don't be fooled by those that wish to subvert Health Care Reform for their own selfish reasons... uncommon, common sense requires the performance of unselfish acts of humanitarianism, remember?

SPENDING THE ECONOMY uncommon common sense OR SAVING THE ECONOMY

A NEWS ANCHOR stated today that we, the citizen of the US, need to increase our SPENDING in order to allow our economy to recover.


What ever happened to SAVING?


For the last 50 years, we have imported goods and services with lower labor costs and subsequently lower manufacturings costs than we could produce the same goods domestically.


We have imported those goods and services long enough to force our domestic manufacturers and suppliers out of business or to offshore manufacturing until we have very few domestic jobs left.


We have neglected enforcement of our immigration laws, employing illegal aliens until we have very few domestic jobs left.


We have provided education, social services and health care services for anyone working in the US regardless of their immigration status.  


Now + 10% of us are out of work, collecting unemployment insurance, no health care, facing foreclosure, and homelessness... and we are being told to SPEND MORE MONEY?


"What's up with that?"  


60 years ago, the message was SAVE MONEY for the future:  emergencies; education / training; sickness; unemployment; and retirement.


Then came "CREDIT" and the BANK CREDIT CARD...


We need to go back to a "pay as you go" government and citizen and economy.

THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE (PREAMBLE) uncommon common sense and The NEW CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION

There ought to be a new constitutional convention once every decade...


Preamble
1
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
2.1We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
2.2That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
2.3Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
2.4But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
2.5Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the present Federal Government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these States. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.
Charges

It has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
It has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till its Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, it has utterly neglected to attend to them.
It has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
It has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
It has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness it's invasions on the rights of the people.
It has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
It has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
It has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing its Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
It has made Judges dependent on it's Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
It has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
It has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
It has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
It has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving its Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offenses:
For abolishing the free System of American Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these States:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
It has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of its Protection and waging War against us.
It has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
It is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
It has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
It has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

It has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating it's most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended it, captivating and carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.
We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.
We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

Summation
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Federal Government, and that all political connection between them and the Federal Government, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

OBL uncommon common sense OSAMA BIN LADEN

The last time someone saw and recognized OBL he was trying out his new look and identity close to his new home in a relatively small city in a western state... not long after 9/11.


These days, anytime his actual whereabouts are suggested, news articles by qualified researchers appear placing his probable location far from his home base.


So, forget it folks... or should you?


Why not do a reality show for private investigators, gumshoes, detectives, anybody that thinks they can find him, offering a giant reward for his apprenhension?


Talk about it?  What does Dick Cheney, or Barack Obama, or Sarah Palin, think about the situation.

BANKS, having delayed foreclosures because they can not absorb the loses on their balance sheets, have made the the economy appear to be recovering and it's social problems less than dire, when in fact the tsunami is still rolling ashore.
There are HUNDREDS of BANKS in danger of FAILING and yet there is a "system" in place that WILL NOT DISCLOSE who they are publicly, even to their depositors, nor will they disclose a ranking of banks based on their solvency, although a list must surely exist.
THEREFORE, you might as well ENTER a Ramen Noodle (or any pasta) COOKING CONTEST since you will surely be eating more of it in the years to come.

FIXING AMERICA... uncommon common sense FIRST

Let's get over the key phrase umbrella semantics of the politicians and the Health Care "Carrot on the Stick" and get down to actionable steps to fix America.

#1. TAX goods / services, manufactured / performed, outside the US, SUFFICIENTLY, in order to encourage those manufacturers / service providers to manufacture goods or provide services domestically within the US.

#2. ENFORCE Immigration, Visa, and Work Permit Laws, expelling all Illegal Immigrants, and shutting down all services for same (i.e. Dept. of Motor Vehicles License and Registration; Private, Public, and Non Profit Health Care Clinics and Services; Public and Private School Education; Business Licensing).

These are the first steps to FIXING AMERICA... the GLOBAL ECONOMY will DESTROY AMERICA if Individuals and Corporations doing Business within the US are allowed to outsource for PROFIT, or our own Government is allowed to provide goods and services while selectively enforcing Immigration Laws, at the expense of our own citizenry.
